摘 要:论文从现实情景出发,整合供应链中商业信用和VMI库存管理模式的研究,探讨VMI模式下基于商业信用的供应链协调问题。首先,构建集中决策、传统供应链及非协调VMI供应链中成员的利润函数,探讨供应链中成员的最优决策;其次,研究了促销成本分摊机制和现金折扣机制,对商业信用下VMI分散供应链的协调作用及对供应链利润分配的影响。最后,采用数值和案例分析的方法论证了文章的有关结论。In this paper,we consider the two echelon supply chain adopting the vendor management inventory and trade credit,which is seldom reported in the literatures. First,the basic model of the centralized supply chain is built to obtain the benchmark solutions,and the models of traditional supply chain and VMI supply chain are established to obtain the optimal promotional effort and the replenishment policy; second,two coordination mechanisms of promotional cost sharing and cash discount are employed to coordinate the VMI supply chain and distribute the profits between the members; finally,the numerical analysis and case study are carried out to illustrate the comparison of the two coordination mechanisms.
