摘　　要：我国建筑废弃物资源化企业普遍面临着运营困难,建筑废弃物循环利用的形势不容乐观。采用钻石模型,从生产要素、需求条件、企业战略和市场竞争主体、关联产业以及发展机遇、政府行为等六个方面梳理分析建筑废弃物循环利用产业的发展现状,指出产业发展面临的问题,并提出推动发展的对策与建议。The construction waste recycling enterprises in China are facing difficulties in operation, and the recycling of construction waste is not optimistic. The paper analyzes the status of construction and demolition waste recycling industry form the aspects of production elements, demand conditions, the main market competition subject and their strategies, the related industry as well as development opportunities and the government behavior with diamond model. Then, points out the problems facing by current recycling industry, provides suggestions for industry development and promotion.
