全日制护理学硕士研究生对导师素质期望的质性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨全日制护理学硕士研究生对导师的素质期望,为相关部门及导师提供借鉴,进而提高研究生教育质量。方法运用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对山东、吉林、上海、福建、北京等地10所高校19名护理硕士生进行个别深度访谈,访谈资料以笔录和录音的方式记录,转换成文字的形式保存;采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对访谈内容进行解析。结果护理硕士生对导师素质期望提炼8大主题:道德品质、科研学术能力、专业知识和经验、科研与教学指导能力、事业心与责任感、团队协作、人际关系、关爱体贴。结论导师应努力提高自身素质,管理部门需对导师进行严格选拔,以全面提升研究生培养质量。Objective To investigate full-time nursing postgraduate students′expectation of their mentors′quality,and to provide references for mentors and then improve the quality of postgraduate programs.Methods Using the phenomenology and methodology of qualitative research,in-depth interviews were conducted among 19 nursing postgraduates in 10 universities in Shandong,Jilin,Shanghai,Fujian and Beijing.The interview data were recorded,and then saved in the text.The interview data was analyzed using the Colaizzi′s 7-step analysis method.Results Eight themes of mentors′quality were extracted：moral quality,research and academic ability,professional knowledge and experience,scientific research and teaching guidance capability,dedication and responsibility,teamwork,interpersonal coordination,concerns.Conclusion Mentors should make great efforts to enhance their own quality and be chosen strictly to promote the quality of postgraduate programs.
