摘 要:目的调查浙江地区妇女人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)的感染现状及型别分布情况,为该地区HPV防治提供流行病学依据。方法采用流式荧光杂交法对浙江地区8 630例妇科门诊妇女的宫颈细胞标本进行27种HPV亚型的基因分型检测,不同年龄组HPV感染率比较采用卡方检验。结果 8 630例受检者中,HPV感染2 125例,感染率为24.62%。27种HPV亚型中,感染率前3位为HPV-52、16、58。〉54岁和17~24岁年龄组HPV感染率最高,与其他年龄组比较差异有统计学意义。结论不同年龄段HPV感染率差异有统计学意义,〉54岁和17~24岁年龄组为感染的高危人群;不同年龄段的HPV优势感染型别具有一定的差异性。Objective To investigate the infections of human papilloma virus(HPV)and its subtype distribution among women at different ages in Zhejiang province,and provide epidemiological evidence for the prevention and treatment of HPV in the region.Methods The specimens of cervical cells from 8,630 cases in Zhejiang were tested for 27 subtypes of HPV genes using flow fluorescence hybridization.The rates of HPV infections in different age groups were inspected by using Chi-square.Results 2,125cases(24.62%)of HPV infections were detected.HPV-52,HPV-16 and HPV-58 were the top three subtypes.The infection rates in the age groups of 54 years and 17-24 years were significantly higher than those in the other groups.Conclusion HPV infection rates have statistical difference in different groups,and women at age of 54 years and 17-24 years are the high risk population of HPV infection.The dominate subtype of HPV infection in each age group is different.
