摘 要:目的探讨茶多酚与柠檬提取物联合应用对变形链球菌生长、黏附的影响。方法采用MTT法分别测定茶多酚、柠檬提取物以及两者混合液的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值,通过分级抑制浓度(FIC)指数来判断两者联合使用对变形链球菌生长作用的影响,并通过扫描电镜观察低于MIC浓度的混合液对变形链球菌在玻片上黏附的情况。结果茶多酚与柠檬提取物单独用药时,其MIC分别为1.56mg/mL和5.60mg/mL。联用的MIC为茶多酚0.78mg/mL和柠檬提取物4.50mg/mL,FIC为0.75。混合液对变形链球菌的黏附抑制作用随着浓度的降低而明显增强。结论茶多酚与柠檬提取物联合应用对变形链球菌的体外抗菌活性具有相加作用,影响其在玻片表面的黏附。Objective To discuss the influences of combined use of teapolyphenols and lemon peel extracts(LPEs)on the adhesion and growth of Streptococcus mutans.Methods MTT method was used to detect the minimal inhibitory concentrations(MICs)of tea polyphenols,LPE and their mixture respectively.Fractional inhibitory concentration(FIC)index was used to assess the influence of the mixture on the growth of S.mutans.Scanning electron microscope was used to observe the adhesion of S.mutans onto a glass slide in the mixture at concentrations of lower than MIC value.Results The mixture of tea polyphenols and LPEs effectively inhibited the growth of S.mutans as well as its adhesion on glass,and the inhibitory effect on adhesion was related to the concentration of the mixture.Conclusion combined use of tea polyphenols and lemon peel extracts has an additive effect to their antibacterial activities against Streptococcus mutans in vitro and influence the adhesion of the bacteria on the surface of glass.
