摘  要:为提高医生心音听诊的准确性,设计了一种可视化心音采集系统。PSoC4芯片采集心音信号,经片内放大、滤波,由音频功放模块实现实时听诊,采用软件数字滤波器算法滤除干扰信号,处理后的心音数据经蓝牙无线传输至PC进行显示和存储。采集9名正常成年男性心音数据进行临床可行性测试,并在MATLAB平台分析讨论。实验表明,该系统成本低,体积小,不仅能在单一芯片上实现心音的模拟和数字处理,还能在上位机准确反映心音的时域特征,为后续心音分析、智能诊断等研究奠定了良好基础。A visualized heart sounds acquisition system is designed to improve the accuracy of heart sounds auscultation of doctor.Heart sound signal is acquired, amplified and filtered by PSoC4 chip. Real- time auscultation is implemented by an audio power amplifier module. A digital filter is designed by software to filter interference signals. The processed heart sound data is wirelessly transmitted to the PC for waveform display and storage via a bluetooth module. Heart sounds data of nine normal male adults are collected for clinical feasibility tests, and analyzed and discussed in the MATLAB platform. Experimental results show that the system is low cost, small volume, not only can realize analog and digital processing of heart sounds on a single chip, but also can reflect time- domain features of heart sounds in the upper machine, laying a good foundation for subsequent heart sounds research in data analysis and intelligent diagnosis.
