摘　　要：随着新媒体时代的到来，网络已经渗透到高校的各个角落并成为高校的主流媒体。青年大学生不成熟的认知能力与分辨力导致网络舆情演进趋势不可控；极度从众的网络心理使得一部分网络舆情出现“一边倒”；不健全的网络道德观念引发错误的网络示范作用。高校网络舆情独有的及时性与互动性、多元性与综合性、隐秘性与直接性要求及时有效地对高校网络舆情的监控和应对。With the advent of the era of new media, the Internet has been penetrated into every＂ corner of the colleges and universities and become the mainstream media.Young college students＂ im- mature cognitive ability and discrimination lead to uncontrolled network public opinion evolution trend. Extreme confornfity psychology makes part of network public opinion appeared ＂one-sided＂. Not a sound network moral error of exemplary role. Unique to the university network and interactive, diversity and effectively in a comprehensive, confidentiality and directly in a manner to the university network public opinion surveillance and response timely timely
