摘　　要：中小企业是我国经济发展的重要力量，也是我国经济持续增长的重要保障，在国民经济中占居非常重要的地位。随着我国市场经济的快速稳定增长，中小企业的发展受到了越来越多的关注。但中小企业的发展与我国经济发展形势一样，受世界经济和其他各种因素的影响，在其发展过程中面临一系列困难和挑战，融资问题就是阻碍中小企业发展的一大“瓶颈”，如何通过对中小企业融资的现状分析，解读造成这一现象的原因，探索相应的解决措施和防范时策，将有益于促进中小企业的进一步发展。Small and medium-sized enterprises are ment, but also an important guarantee of China＇s an important force in China＇s economic develop- sustained economic growth, occupy very important position in national economy. Along with our country market economy fast and stable growth, the de- velopment of small and medium-sized enterprises has been more and more attention. But the develop- ment of small and medium-sized enterprises as well as China＇s economic development situation, the influence of the world economy and other various factors, a series of difficulties and challenges in the process of its development, financing problem is a ＂bottleneck＂ which blocks the development of the small and medium-sized enterprises, how to through to the small and medium-sized enterprise fi- nancing present situation analysis, interpretation of the cause of this phenomenon, explore the solu- tion of the corresponding measures and countermeasures, will promote the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
