摘　　要：中医体质学将体质分为9种,其中痰湿体质和过敏体质都属于常见的体质类型。随着研究的不断深入,肥胖、糖尿病、代谢综合征等疾病和变态反应性疾病的关联性越来越受到重视。而痰湿体质和过敏体质正是这些疾病的"病前"状态。因此,这两种体质类型也必然存在密切的关联性。试从临床研究、微观机制研究等方面对痰湿体质和过敏体质的相互关系作一分析,以期对"体病相关"和"调体防病"的深入研究提供指导。Chinese medicine constitution is divided into nine kinds.Phlegm-dampness constitution and allergic constitution belong to the common type of constitution.With further study,correlation between diseases such as obesity,diabetes,metabolic syndrome and allergic diseases is getting more and more attention.Phlegm-dampness constitution and allergic constitution are the pro-disease state of those disease.Therefore,the two types of constitution must also have a close correlation.This article tried to analyze the relationship between phlegm-dampness constitution and allergic constitution from the aspects of clinical research and the microcosmic mechanism,in order to provide guidance for further studies of relationship between constitution and disease and prevention before disease.
