摘  要:目的:观察旋覆代赭汤联合低强度氦-氖激光治疗对反流性食管炎患者血清IL-4、IL-17含量变化的影响。方法:将90例RE患者随机分为3个治疗组,分别采用中药、西药及中药联合激光治疗各8周,以酶联免疫分析法分析各组患者血清IL-4、IL-17含量的变化。结果:治疗前,各组患者与正常对照组比较存在显著差异(P<0.01),各治疗组之间比较无显著性差异P>0.05;治疗后,中药加激光组药效明显(P<0.01),可显著调节患者体内IL-4、IL-17含量,而中药组、西药组在此方面效果并不显著。结论:运用中药、西药、中药配合激光技术治疗的这三种方式均可以调节患者体内IL-4和IL-17含量的变化,其中采用中药配合激光技术疗法作用尤为显著,使IL-4和IL-17及Th1/Th2细胞因子之间达到动态平衡。Objective: To observe the effect on the contents of interleukin 4( IL-4) interleukin 17( IL-17) in the patients with Reflux Esophagitis treated with Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined low intensity He-Ne laser.Methods: 90 patients were randomly divided into three groups,which were treated by Chinese medicine,Western medicine and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined laser in 8 weeks,and ELISA was used to examine the change of blood serum IL-4 IL-17 in the patients.Result: Before the treatment,each treatment group and normal group were statistically significant( P〈0.01).Each treatment group showed no statistical significance( P〈0.05).After he treatment,Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined laser group had obvious effect( P〈0.01),which can evidently regulate the contents of IL-4 IL-17 in the patients while effects of other two groups were not very ideal.Conclusion: Using the methods of Chinese medicine,Western medicine and Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined laser can improve the change of blood serum IL-4IL-17 in the patients while the treatment of Xuanfu Daizhe Decoction combined laser has the remarkable effect,which can achieve dynamic balance of IL-4 IL-17 and Th1 / Th2.
