晚期非小细胞肺癌应用复方苦参注射液联合GP方案治疗的有效性及安全性

摘　　要：目的:对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者应用复方苦参注射液联合GP方案治疗的有效性及安全性进行研究。方法:选取120例经医院肿瘤科收治的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者,并按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组,每组均60例患者。对照组患者单独采取GP化疗方案进行治疗,观察组患者则在GP化疗方案治疗基础上加以使用复方苦参注射液辅助治疗。对比两组患者经过治疗后的疼痛缓解情况、精神活力、躯体活动能力、睡眠质量、食欲改善评分、白细胞数减少的发生率,恶心呕吐以及肾功能损害不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的精神活力(78.79±18.23)分、躯体活动能力(84.02±16.77)分、睡眠质量(77.86±20.19)分、食欲改善(73.29±19.69)分等评分均明显优于对照组患者精神活力(66.56±18.09)分、躯体活动能力(72.39±18.52)分、睡眠质量(67.78±19.30)分、食欲改善(61.04±18.56)分等评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者白细胞数下降率、恶心呕吐以及肾功能损害发生率明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者来说,采用复方苦参注射液联合GP方案治疗后,可以有效的提高临床效果,疼痛缓解作用显著,不良反应情况发生较少,患者的精神状态变好,躯体活动能力提高,食欲睡眠均得到改善,安全性较高,具有很高的临床价值。Objective： To study the efficacy and safety of advanced non small cell lung cancer patients treated with Compound Matrine Injection combined with GP regimen.Methods： A total of 120 cases of patients admitted to hospital with advanced non small cell lung cancer,in accordance with the random number table method,were divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group only took GP chemotherapy treatment and the patients in the observation group on the basis of GP chemotherapy were given adjuvant treatment with Compound Matrine Injection.After treatment,two groups＇ pain relief,mental activity,physical activity,sleep quality,appetite improvement,white blood cell count,nausea,vomiting,renal function and adverse reactions were compared.Results： The observation group＇s mental activity（ 78.79 ± 18.23）,physical activity ability（ 84.02 ± 16.77）,sleep quality（ 77.86 ± 20.19） and appetite improvement（ 73.29 ± 19.69） were significantly better than the control group＇s the mental activity（ 66.56 ± 18.09）,physical activity（ 72.39 ± 18.52）,sleep quality（ 67.78 ± 19.30）,appetite improvement（ 61.04 ± 18.56）,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0.05）.The observation group＇s leukocyte count rate of descent,nausea and vomiting and the impairment of renal function were significantly better than the control group＇s and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For the patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer,Compound Matrine Injection combined with GP regimen treatment can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,pain relief effect,reduce the adverse reactions and improve the patient＇s mental state,the body＇s ability and appetite sleep.
