摘 要:目的了解我校医学生病原微生物实验室生物安全的认知情况,为我校开展实验室生物安全教育及加强实验室管理提供依据。方法纳入142名不同专业不同层次在校生作为被试者,对其进行病原微生物实验室生物安全知识问卷调查并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果与医学检验技术专业本科生相比,临床医学和护理学专业本科生实验室生物安全认知程度明显偏低(P<0.05或P<0.01),硕士生与本科生间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。医学生生物安全知识掌握较差的是基本概念、防护措施以及实验室意外事故处理程序。近50%被调查学生不清楚生物安全与操作人员和实验室内外环境之间的密切关系,7.04%被调查学生对开展实验室生物安全教育的必要性认识不足,存在忽视实验室规则、个人防护执行不严格的现象。结论我校医学生实验室生物安全认知程度有待提高,应重视医学生实验室生物安全教育,加强实验室生物安全管理。Objective To understand medical students' biosafety knowledge for pathogenic microorganism laboratory,so as to provide a reference for laboratory biosafety education and laboratory management.Methods A questionnaire survey was carried out among 142 medical students.Results The cognitive degree of laboratory biosafety knowledge for laboratory undergraduates were significantly higher than that of clinical undergraduates or nursing undergraduates(P 〈0.05 或P〈 0.01).The cognitive degree did not show significant difference between clinical postgraduates and clinical undergraduates(P 〉0.05).These were poor knowledge of laboratory biosafety for medical studentes which included conceptions、safety measures and disposal procedure for laboratory accidents.Nearly 50%medical students did not know that laboratory biosafety was closely linked to laboratory handlers or environment.7.04%students did not attach importance to laboratory biosafety education.There were phenomenon which ignored laboratory rules among medical students.Conclusion Laboratory biosafety education should be carried out to improve medical students' cognitive degree about laboratory biosafety knowledge,and laboratory management must be strengthened.
