摘　　要：牡丹江医学院结合特色应用型本科院校建设工作,以特色应用型人才培养为导向,通过转变教育教学观念、规范教学运行、深化教学内涵建设,深化教学改革等手段,在培养综合素质高、实践能力强,具有创新意识的临床医学专业应用型医学人才上探索出一条具有地方医学院校自身特色的发展之路。本文介绍了牡丹江医学院探索临床医学专业应用型人才培养模式的研究方法与经验。Mudanjiang Medical School construction combined with the characteristics of applied undergraduate colleges,guided by the characteristics of applied talents training,through the transformation education teaching idea,standardize teaching operation,deepen the teaching connotation construction,deepening the refonn of teaching methods,in cultivating high comprehensive quality,strong practical ability,clinical medical professional applied medical talents with innovative consciousness on find a has the characteristics of local medical colleges and universities own development path.Mudanjiang medical college were introduced in this paper to explore the clinical medical speciality research methods and experience of cultivating applied talents.
