成人高校面向企业开展教育的研究与实践——以温州大学为例

摘　　要：温州是民营经济发达的地区之一,"十二五"以来温州大学成人教育学院根据地方经济特点、学校的办学综合实力,通过校企合作的形式搭建"继续教育校企联盟平台",开展"企业员工学历教育"、"企业员工非学历教育"、"企业未来经理班"等办学形式,实现了成人学历高等教育稳定发展、成人非学历高等教育快速发展的目标,取得了显著的理论与实践成果。The Adult Education College in Wenzhou University,located in one of the private economy developed areas called Wenzhou,has received a significant effect on theoretical and practical,achieved a stable development of the academic adult education and rapid development of non-diploma adult education,after the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂,by way of Building ＂continuing education school-enterprise coalition platform＂,promoting ＂academic education＂and ＂Non-academic education＂for employees,founding＂future manager enterprise class＂,according to local economic characteristics of Wenzhou,combined with the overall strength of the school＇s running,in the form of school-enterprise cooperation.
