摘　　要：资本批判理论是马克思留给人类最重要的思想遗产。资本批判理论必须对当代社会境况作出回应,与马克思展开创造性的对话是这种回应的必要通道。马克思的资本批判处于马克思人类历史图景的中间环节,后者构成了马克思资本批判理论的整体性视域与前提条件。与此同时,马克思的资本批判揭示了资本社会人类异化的生存境况,资本社会本身的分裂导致了这种生存境况。在马克思的政治经济学批判中,基础性的"价值理论"则展开了这种分裂的多重性。The Capital-Criticizing Theory is the most important thinking legacy that Marx left behind to human beings.And it has to respond to the modern social conditions on the principal level.Taking a creative dialogue with Marx is the necessary passage of this response.Marx＇s capital-criticizing stands in the middle moment of his historical schema,and the latter constitutes the horizon of the wholeness and precondition of his capital-criticizing theory.At the same time,it reveals the existential condition of human beings＇ alienation in capital society,and the dissociation of the capital society leads to this condition.In Marx＇s political-economy criticizing,the fundamental Value-Theory upholds the multiplicity of this kind of dissociation.
