摘　　要：介绍了技能大赛在高职院校人才培养中的积极作用,并对技能大赛带给师生的影响进行了详细分析,指出技能大赛可以使人才脱颖而出,使高职院校人才培养目标更加明确,高职院校在技能大赛这一舞台上提升自我,不断开创人才培养新模式。This paper introduces the positive effect of skills competition on the talents training of higher vocational colleges,analyses the impact of the skills competition to teachers and students, points out that skills competition can make talents come to the fore and make the training objectives more clearly. Also, it can make higher vocational colleges create a new mode for talents training.
