摘　　要：水碓,是一种以水作为动力,带动水轮转动舂碓运动的传统粮食加工机械,是古代中国农业机械的重要组成部分.文章通过对融水苗族规正屯水碓的类型、结构以及制作技术进行考察记录,并关注水碓制作过程中的关键性技巧,发现水碓在制作技术上具有独特的智慧.Millstone, is a kind of water as the power, drive the water wheel pouned reef movement of the tradition food processing machinery, and it also is an important part of ancient China agricultural machinery. By investigating and recording the Rongshui miao millstone＇s types,structure and productive technology, and focusing on the key technology of millstones production process , this paper founds that the millstone in production technology has a unique wisdom.
