摘　　要：转型经济背景下,创业风险与机遇并存,对创业者的信息素养提出了更高的要求。本研究从信息科学的视角重新审视创业学习,将创业学习视为一个创业信息采集及转化的过程,并基于信息过程典型模型对创业学习过程进行了解,最后构建了创业者信息采集及转化模型。There are both entrepreneurial risks and opportunities in a transitional economy. It makes more requests for en-trepreneurs of their information literacy. This article contributes to review entrepreneurial learning as the process of infor-mation collection and transformation from the information science perspective. Based on the typical model of informationprocesses,entrepreneurial learning was researched and the model of information collection and transformation for entrepre-neurs was built.
