种植支持冠桥修复患者主观满意度的调查和分析

摘　　要：目的:了解牙列缺损种植支持冠桥修复患者的主观满意度及其影响因素。方法:对108例种植义齿修复患者进行VAS主观满意度问卷调查,检查种植义齿的相关临床指标。统计分析各项指标的满意度,并对患者的临床指标与满意度之间的关系进行分析。结果:患者VAS总体满意度为86.96分,其中发音、美观、预期效果等10项指标均高于80分;低于80分的3项指标为敢用种植牙咬物(52.19分)、种植牙清洁方便程度(75.36分)和复查或返修是否方便(60.82分)。相关影响因素分析显示,即刻种植对发音、预期效果、再选择种牙、物有所值和总体满意度影响显著(P<0.05);螺丝固位对舒适度影响显著(P<0.05);食物嵌塞与敢用种植牙咬物的满意度显著相关(P<0.05)。性别、年龄、学历、种植体类型、是否植骨、穿龈方式、修复体类型(冠或桥)对患者的主观满意度影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用种植支持冠桥修复牙列缺损可以获得较高的患者满意度,即刻种植、螺丝固位、食物嵌塞对患者的主观满意度有一定影响。AIM： To investigate the patients＇ satisfaction with implant- supported fixed partial denture and single crown and to analyze the related factors. METHODS： 108 patients had been treated by implant- supported fixed partial dentures and single crown were recruited to answer a visual analogue scale（ VAS） questionnaire. Relevant clinical parameters were checked. The satisfaction and the related clinical factors were analyzed. RESULTS： The VAS overall satisfaction score was86. 96,10 indices like pronunciation,aesthetic and expectation were higher than 80. The indices below 80 scores were dare to use dental implants（ 52. 19）,cleaning convenience（ 75. 36） and review or repair convenience（ 60. 82）. Pronunciation,outcome expectation,choice of implant,expenses for the treatment and the total satisfaction was low in patients who had implant placed immediately after tooth extraction（ P〈0. 05）. Screw- retained prosthesis showed lower comfort（ P〈0. 05）. Food impaction was significantly associated with lower chewing satisfaction（ P〈0. 05）. Gender,age,education level,type of implant,bone graft,transgingival way and the type of prosthesis（ crown or bridge） had no significant effect on the satisfaction of patients（ P〉0. 05）.CONCLUSION： Patients treated with implant- supported fixed partial dentures and single crown are highly satisfied with the treatment. Immediate implant,screw- retained prosthesis,food impaction may affect the patient＇s subjective satisfaction.
