摘　　要：利用金相和扫描电镜等分析手段,对SPHC钢出现边裂的钢带进行了分析。结果表明,导致边裂的原因为,铸坯的加热不当造成铸坯过热、过烧,使边部晶粒异常长大;铸坯表面皮下气泡在加热和轧制过程中不断扩展破裂。By metallographic and SEM analysis means,SPHC strip with edge-cracking defect was analyzed. The result showed that,the improper heating process caused the overheating and overburning of slabs further to make the grain at edge grow up abnormally; and the subsurface bubbles of slabs was continuously expanding and bursting in the process of heating and rolling.
