216例美容就诊人群眼睑形态特点及人口资料分析

摘　　要：目的探讨美容门诊就诊人群的眼睑形态及人口资料特点。方法回顾性分析医院美容门诊收治的216例患者面部影像资料,测量并分析相关指标,获取睑部形态数据,并分析患者的年龄、性别、居住地等人口资料。结果本组216例中,36.81%为单睑（男性10.06%,女性89.94%）,63.19%为重睑（男性8.06%,女性91.94%）;15.05%无内眦赘皮,40.28%轻度内眦赘皮,34.95%中度内眦赘皮,9.72%重度内眦赘皮。4.63%年龄≤15岁,61.57%年龄16~30岁,24.54%年龄31~45岁,9.26%年龄〉45岁;其中男性和女性均以16~30岁居多,分别占男女比例的52.63%（10/19）、64.44%（123/197）。38.43%居住地为农村（男性9.64%,女性90.36%）,64.57%居住地为城市（男性8.27%,女性91.73%）。59.72%未婚（男性5.43%,女性94.57%）,40.28%已婚（男性13.79%,女性86.21%）。受教育程度：18.06%为小学及初中（男性7.69%,女性92.31%）;37.96%为高中（男性8.54%,女性91.46%）;42.59%大专及以上（男性9.78%,女性92.22%）。结论门诊美容患者以青年女性为主,城市人口居多,就诊原因主要为单睑和内眦赘皮。Objective To investigate the eyelid morphological features and population data in 216 cases receiving cosmetic surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis was made in the facial image data of 216 cases treated in the department of plastic surgery.The relevant indicators were measured and analyzed to obtain the morphological data of the eyelids. The population data like age,gender, and residence were analyzed. Results Among the 216 cases, there were 36.81% of single eyelid（male 10.06%, female89.94%）, 63.19% of double eyelids（male 8.06%, female 91.94%）, and 15.05% without epicanthus, 40.28% with mild epicanthus,34.95% with moderate epicanthus, and 9.72% with severe epicanthus. 4.63% were younger or equal to 15 years old; 61.57% were 16 to 30 years old; 24.54% were 31 to 45 years old; 9.26% were older than 45 years old. Among those, most of the male and female were16 to 30 years old, which accounted for 52.63%（10/19） and 64.44%（123/197）, respectively. 38.43% lived in rural areas（male 9.64%,female 90.36%）, and 64.57% lived in cities（male 8.27%, female 91.73%）. 59.72% were unmarried（male 5.43%, female 94.57%）,and 40.28% were married（male 13.79%, female 86.21%）. As to the education level, 18.06% of them were in the primary and junior high school level（male 7.69%, female 92.31%）; 37.96% were in senior high school level（male 8.54%, female 91.46%）; 42.59% were in college degree or above（male 9.78%, female 92.22%）. Conclusion Young women are the main outpatients receiving cosmetic surgery, and urban population is the majority. The reasons of visiting the hospital are mainly single eyelid and epicanthus.
