行政监督系统协同度测评模型构建研究

摘　　要：在协同学理论、社会系统管理理论等理论基础上,参照系统学的观点将行政监督系统视为一个整体的系统,分析其各子系统之间协同机理、协同非线性关系,结合行政监督系统的实际运行结构,勾勒出行政监督系统的协同过程逻辑模型,并在此基础之上构建行政监督系统的理论协同数学模型。经过指标体系的构建、运用"熵权法"进行指标权重的确定、对数学模型进行实地测评等研究过程,得出了与测评地区实际状况相对吻合的研究结论,验证了本模型的可行性和有效性。In this paper,the theoretical basis of synergetics,social system management,in accordance with the line of view of systematics supervises system as a whole system. It analyzes the mechanism of synergy between its various subsystems,the non- linear synergetic relationships. Combined with the practical operation of administrative supervision system structure,this article draws the outline of the synergic process logic model of administrative supervision system. And then,it builds the mathematical model together. After the construction of index system,this article uses the entropy weight method for the determination of index weight,the mathematical model for the field measurement,etc. This research obtained in accordance with the actual situation assessment areas relatively results,which verified the feasibility and validity of the model.
