医患信任对患者依从行为的影响分析

摘　　要：为探讨能力信任与善意信任对患者依从的影响,对35家医疗机构的门诊患者与住院患者进行问卷调查,对调查数据进行回归分析后发现:个体能力信任、组织能力信任与组织善意信任都对患者的态度依从与行为依从有显著性影响,而医生个体善意信任对患者的态度依从与行为依从都没有显著性影响;能力信任与善意信任对患者的态度依从与行为依从的交互效应都是显著的。在医患信任建构方面,应重点加强医院的组织善意信任建设和能力信任建设。To investigate the effect of the ability trust and goodwill trust on patients＇ compliance, a questionnaire of outpatients and inpatients in 35 medical institutions was conducted. The regression analysis of survey data shows that individual ability trust, organizational capacity trust and organizational goodwill trust have a significant effent on the attitude compliance and behavioral compliance of the patients ,but the doctor＇s individual goodwill trust does not have any effect on them. The interaction effect of the ability trust and goodwill trust on attitude compliance and behavioral compliance of the patients is significant. In terms of the construction of the doctor-patient trust, hospitals should focus on strengthening the construction of organizational capacity trust and organizational goodwill trust.
