摘 要:在单轮对1∶1滚动试验台上,试验研究了0-200 km/h速度下车轮踏面擦伤引起的冲击振动特性。试验中同时测量了轮对每个轴箱的垂向振动加速度并对其进行了时域和频域分析。试验结果发现,低速时车轮擦伤引起的冲击振动特征明显,但随着速度的增大,擦伤振动信号的信噪比会逐步降低。在一侧的车轮擦伤会影响另一侧轴箱的振动,车轮擦伤振动信号具有丰富的频率成分,可以用来进行车轮擦伤信号的检测。Shock vibrations of a wheelset due to wheel flats are experimentally studied at speeds of 0-200 km/h on a full-scale roller rig with a wheelset and two rollers. During testing, vertical vibration accelerations of two axleboxes of the wheelset are acquired and analyzed in time and frequency domains. Test results show that there are distinct characteristics of shock in the vibrations induced by wheel flats at low speeds. However, the signal-to-noise ratios of the vibrations will decrease gradually with increasing speed of the wheelset. The wheel flat in one end of the wheelset has a large influence on the shock vibration of the axle-box in another end of the wheelset. There are several vibration components with different frequencies in the shock vibrations induced by wheel flats, which can be used to diagnose the wheel flat fault.
