摘  要:目的:采用堆叠技术对放疗网络系统进行改造和优化。方法:选择一所省级三级甲等肿瘤医院,使用H3C交换机替换原有各节点的交换机,分析交换机的2种连接方式并在实验室里进行模拟测试。将这种方案应用到放疗网络系统改造和升级中。结果:改造和升级后的放疗网络系统稳定性更好、传输速度更快、安全性更高,更满足临床放射治疗中对网络体系的需求。结论:放疗网络系统的成功升级和改造,体现出交换机的堆叠技术具备组网简单、管理便捷、可弹性扩展和提高网络性能等优点,适合在大中型专科医院中广泛应用。Objective To modify and upgrade radiotherapy network system with stack technology. Methods Some class-A teritiary provincial tumor hospital was adopted as the subject, whose switches at the nodes were replaced with H3 C ones. Two connecting modes of the switch were analyzed and then underwent simulation test in the lab. Radiotherapy network system was modified and upgraded with the above measures. Results Radiotherapy network system was gifted with high stability,transmission speed and safety after modification and upgrade. Conclusion The application in radiotherapy network system proves the advantages of stack technology of the switch in networking, management, extension and etc, which can be popularized in large and medium-scale specialized hospitals widely.
