摘　　要：重点介绍了香港文物建筑保育过程中的"人本"思想,通过文本解读和案例说明的二元辩证,发现了其保育体系从法律法规到具体实践都在公众参与、弱势保护、权财归属、补偿机制中较为先进,具有可持续性、公平性与参与性等,同时也为我国历史建筑保护中的相关领域提供借鉴案例,为我国社会平稳发展与文化日新月异做出努力与贡献。this paper mainly introduces the Hong Kong heritage conservation in the process of ＂people-oriented＂ thought, through the text interpretation and case shows that binary dialectical, found its conservation system from the laws and regulations to the specific practice in the right of public participation, weak protection, advanced in wealth belonging, compensation mechanism, the sustainable, fairness and participation, as well as related areas of historical building protection in our country provide reference case, for our country social steady development and cultural change efforts and contributions.
