摘 要:目的建立多孔玻板吸收管采样离子色谱法测定工作场所空气中磷酸含量的方法。方法将采样吸收液通过0.2μm的微孔滤膜过滤,经色谱柱分离,电导检测器检测,保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果工作场所空气中磷酸的线性范围为0-10mg/L,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为0.08mg/L,以采样15L空气计,磷酸的最低检测浓度为0.053 mg/m^3;相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.4%-5.4%之间,加标回收率在96.0%-103.0%之间。结论采用本方法检测工作场所空气中磷酸含量,方法简单,结果准确,灵敏度高,适于推广应用。Objective To establish the method of detecting the content of phosphate in the workplace air collected by multi-hole absorbing tubes using ion chromatography.Methods Filtered the absorption liquid by 0.2 μm microfiltration membrane, separated by chromatographic column, detected by electrical conductivity detector. phosphate was qualitative by retention time , quantitative by peak area. Results Linear range of the content of phosphate in the workplace air was 0 mg/L-10 mg/L, correlation coefficient was 0.9991, detection limit was 0.08 mg/ L, RSD (n=6) was 1.4 %-5.4 %, minimum detectable concentration of phosphate in the workplace air was 0.053mg/m3 if collecting 15 L sample, the recovery rate was between 96.0 %-103.0 %. Conclusions The method of detecting the content of phosphate in the workplace air is simple ; accurate and sensitive, is suitable for use.
