以核心能力培养为导向的肿瘤专科护士培训方案与实践

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤专科护士临床培训的方案,进一步提高培训效果。方法根据肿瘤专科护士核心能力的要求和学员能力现状,采用文献查阅法、专家讨论法、问卷调查法,设计培训项目,确定培训内容、培训形式和考核方式。采用实证分析法和医学统计学方法,评估培训方案实施前、后学员在专业理论及相关知识、专业技能、临床实践、护理查房、教育与咨询、科研等核心能力方面的变化。结果所有参加培训的学员各项考核均合格;通过培训,学员的核心能力均获得明显提高(P<0.05)。结论以核心能力培养为导向的肿瘤专科护士培训方案具有因需施教与因材受教相结合的特点,是一种行之有效的培训形式。核心能力的全面提升是一个渐进的过程,需要在临床实际中不断加强。Objective To develop an effective training program for oncology specialized nurses to evaluate and improve training quality. Methods According to the requirements of the core competence of oncology specialized nurses and the status of the trainees＇ ability,the training program was designed and corresponding content,mode and evaluation of training were determined by methods of literature review,expert discussion and questionnaire investigation. Trainees＇ change in six core competencies,including professional theory and related knowledge,professional skills,clinical practice,nursing rounds,education and consultation as well as scientific research,was evaluated after the implementation of the training program. Results All trainees participated in the training program were qualified in the examination. After the training,the six core competencies of trainees were significantly improved（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The proposed training program for oncology specialized nurses based on core competence was proved to be an effective training pattern, It has the characteristics of combining role requirements of oncology specialized nurses and actual situation of the trainees. The comprehensive improvement of core competence is a gradual process,which needs to be strengthened in clinical practice.
