摘 要:目的:探讨PBL教学法结合案例引导法在护士技能规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:将138名工作2年内护士随机分为实验组和对照组各69名,实验组采用PBL教学法结合案例引导法的模式进行培训,对照组采用传统方法进行培训。培训后对两组护士的核心能力进行测评、对技能操作水平进行考核、对培训方法进行效果评价。结果:实验组护士技能考核成绩高于对照组(P<0.01),实验组护士核心能力得分高于对照组(P<0.01),98.55%的护士认为PBL教学法结合案例引导法可提升学习主动性、技能操作水平、人文精神。结论:PBL与案例引导法结合的培训方法能明显提高两年内护士的护理技能操作水平、临床护理能力、评判性思维能力、问题分析处理能力,且新的培训模式得到了护士的认可。Objective: To investigate the application effect of PBL teaching method combined with CBL method in skills standardization training of nurses. Methods: 138 nurses with 2- year working experience were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group( 69 cases in each group). The training was conducted in the experimental group by adopting PBL teaching method combined with CBL method and the traditional training method was used in the control group. The core competence and skills of the nurses and the effect of training were evaluated in the two groups after training. Results: The skills assessment scores of the nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 01); the core competence scores were higher in the experimental group than the control group( P〈0. 01); the nurses of 98. 55% thought the PBL teaching method combined with CBL method can improve their learning initiative,skill level and humanistic spirit. Conclusion: The PBL teaching method combined with CBL method can significantly improve the nurses' skills level,clinical nursing ability,critical thinking skills and the competence of analyzing and handling problems,and the new training model is accepted by nurses.
