摘　　要：针对高校实践教学过程存在的课程内容缺乏整合、实践教学环节较零散、校外实习单位难以落实、实习效果差强人意、实践师资队伍建设落后等问题,提出了按照企业先进的组织、管理形式建立校园企业实验室,采取校内集中式实习与企业参观式实习相结合及其他多种形式并存的生产实习新模式,聘请企业一线技术人员兼职校园企业实验室的指导教师,培养"双师型"指导教师队伍。同时建立与改革相适应的实践教学运行保障机制及成绩评价体系。Aiming at problems existed in practical teaching process in colleges and universities such as practical teaching links scattered,practice unit outside school difficult to implement,practice effect not significant and hysteretic practice teaching staff construction,it was presented that establishing the campus enterprise laboratory with the advanced organization and management of enterprises,combining the electrical engineering practice,metalworking practice,production practice,course design and graduation design and other practice by the laboratory,adopting the new mode of production practice based on the combination of the centralized practice and the practice of the enterprise,and the other forms of production with the campus enterprise laboratory acting as a production practice base inside school,inviting technical personnel in enterprise as instructor of the laboratory to cultivate double division type instructor team,and establish the practical teaching system and the performance evaluation system.
