摘　　要：开放实验室是培养高端人才、科研技术发展的重要基地。该文依据高校实验室的现状和普遍存在的问题,从人员管理、仪器管理、网络建设等方面进行了探究,并提出了相关解决方案。The open laboratory is an important base for cultivation of high-end talents,and scientific research and technological development.According to existent problems and the status of the university laboratory,this paper has mainly explored the personnel management,equipment management and network building,and put forward some solutions.
