摘 要:在高压浓相气力输送的条件下,对厚管壁电容传感器的成像进行研究。针对粉煤输送的管道内径小、管壁厚、压力高的难点,对电容层析成像传感器和成像算法进行了合理设计。分析了厚管壁下8电极和16电极ECT传感器的灵敏场特性,并得到不同电极对之间的电容值和不同流型下的仿真图像。将8电极传感器应用到输送压力为4.0 MPa的高压煤粉输送实验台上,可以对水平管道内气固两相流进行辨识。通过提高气体输送速度提高输送效率,为高压浓相气力输送技术提供有效的方法。Under the high pressure of pneumatic conveying,some researches were done about the electrical capaticance tomography of thick pipeline wall. The sensor and reconstruction algorithm for the difficulties of small pipeline diameter,thick pipeline wall,high pressure of pulverized coal delivery pipe were designed. The sensitivity map characteristic of eight-electrodes and sixteen-electrodes ECT systems was analyzed,then the capacitance between different electrodes and the simulation images under different flow patterns can be obtained. Eight-electrodes sensor was applied on the coal dense-phase pneumatic conveying experimental setup to identify the images of gas-solid flows in horizontal pipeline. The high pressure of pneumatic conveying efficiency was improved by improving the speed of gas. These studies provide an efficient method for the high pressure of pneumatic conveying.
