摘 要:犁体轮廓是犁体曲面的边界,对犁体的很多性能都有影响。为了实现高温热态犁体锻件的快速、精确、非接触、自动化在线实时测量,提出计算机双目立体视觉犁体轮廓测量的解决方案;设计基于形态学的抗噪型边缘检测算子,实现犁体锻件的亚像素边缘提取;在对原始图像重投影和立体校正的基础上,研究亚像素二次校精校正算法,提高左右图像立体匹配的质量和速度。以犁胫为试验对象,采用双目立体视觉和图像处理,在HALCON和MATLAB平台上,开发基于机器视觉的犁体锻件轮廓测量系统,实现犁体轮廓的边缘提取、边缘重构、边缘拟合和数学描述,解决犁体轮廓尤其是热态锻件犁体轮廓测量难的问题,为犁体轮廓的检验、测绘、描述、制造和设计提供了新的途径。在Intel(R)Core(TM)i7-5500U CPU@2.40 GHz处理器上运行,测量精度1.44mm,相对误差1.4%,耗时468ms。试验结果表明:以机器视觉和图像处理为手段对犁体轮廓进行测量,具有一定精度和可行性,可以提高犁体设计、制造、检验的效率,与传统的三坐标测量仪和手工测绘相比,具有一定的优势。The contour of the plough is the boundary of the surface of the plough body, which has an effect on the performanceof the plow body. In order to realize automatic measurement of hot plough forging fast, accurate, non-contact, on-line and realtime,the computer binocular stereo vision system was proposed as plow body contour measuring solution. Anti noise edgedetection operator based on morphology was designed for the realization of sub-pixel edge extraction of the plough body. Basedon the original image reprojection and three-dimensional correction, the algorithm of secondary fine correction of sub-pixels wasstudied, which improves quality and speed of stereo matchingis. The HALCON and MATLAB platform were used to achieve theedge extraction, edge reconstruction, edge fitting and mathematical description of the contour plough body. It provides a new wayfor the inspection, mapping, description, manufacturing and design of the plough body contour. Running on the Intel (R) Core(TM) i7-5500U CPU@2.40 GHz 468ms processor, the measurement accuracy was 0.2mm, time consuming is 468ms. Experimentshave proved that the machine vision and image processing as a means of measuring the plough body contour, with a certainprecision and feasibility, which improves the efficiency of the design, manufacture, inspection, and has certain advantagescompared with the traditional three coordinate measuring machine and manual mapping.
