义齿美观修复中微创拔牙结合牙龈成形术的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨义齿美观修复中微创拔牙联合牙龈成形术的效果及价值.方法 选取我院因单颗牙齿病变就诊进行拔牙的120例患者,依据入组时间平均随机分入观察组或对照组.观察组患者实施微创拔牙术,术后装临时义齿;对照组患者仅进行常规拔牙.比较两组患者的牙槽突形态及龈缘形态改变.结果 观察组患者牙槽突形态A级率（78.33%）及龈缘形态呈扇贝形例数（58）都显著高于对照组（21.67%、10）,具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）.结论 义齿美观修复中采用微创拔牙联合牙龈成形术可最大程度保留牙龈正常形态及牙槽骨骨量、降低牙周组织损伤,达到义齿和牙龈美观协调的最佳修复效果.Objective To investigate the effect and the value of appearance in the repair of minimally invasive extraction combinedwith denture gum forming. Methods 120 patients with single tooth disease treatment of extraction patients into groups according to the averagetime were randomly divided into observation group and control group.To observe the implementation of minimally invasive exodontia patients,postoperative with temporary denture; patients in control group only conventional extraction.Comparing the two groups of patients with alveolarmorphology and gingival morphology.Results Patients with alveolar form a rate （78.33%） and gingival morphology was Scallop in Shell shapedcases （58） were significantly higher than the control group （21.67%, 10）, with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Denture beautifulrepair using minimally invasive tooth and gum angioplasty can maximum keep gums normal morphology and alveolar bone, periodontal tissuedamage reduction and achieve the coordination of denture and gingival aesthetics to fix the optimal effect.
