摘　　要：应用型人才的综合素质培养是地方高校人才培养的重要任务之一,构建应用型本科人才综合素质全程培养体系,而综合素质全程培养体系的构建有赖于转变教育理念、优化课程体系、改革课堂教学模式、强化实践教学环节、完善教育教学质量管理机制、建设和谐文明校园六个环节的实施。对于深化地方高校的教学改革,提高应用型本科人才培养质量具有重要意义。Comprehensive quality development of application-oriented talents is an important task for local colleges. Thus, it is necessary for local colleges to construct the whole-process training system for comprehensive quality of application oriented talents, which can be construed by transforming education philosophy, optimizing curriculum system, reforming the classroom teaching mode, strengthening the practice teaching link, improving management mechanism for quality of education and teaching, and building a harmonious and civilized campus. For deepening the teaching reform of local colleges and universities, it is of great significance to improve the quality of applied undergraduate talents cultivating.
