三组根管冲洗剂治疗难治性根尖周炎的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评估三组根管冲洗剂对难治性根尖周炎的疗效。方法选取2010年8月~2012年8月我院口腔科收治的因患牙反复肿痛治疗不愈患者41例(患牙41颗)作为研究对象,将其随机分为A组14例,使用1.3%Na Cl O+MTAD冲洗根管;B组14例,使用5.25%NaClO+17%EDTA冲洗根管;C组13例,3%H_2O_2+0.9%氧化钠冲洗根管。除冲洗剂外其他治疗操作均按专业规范由同一名医生完成。依据患者主观感受、临床检查和X线片为指标,观察术后6个月,2年的疗效。结果术后6个月三组疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后2年疗效,A组、B组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A、B组与C组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 1.3%NaClO^+MTAD和5.25%NaClO^+17%EDTA根管冲洗液治疗难治性根尖周炎的疗效优于3%H_2O_2+0.9%氧化钠。Objective To evaluate clinical effects of 3 groups endodontic irrigation solutions on refractory periapical periodontitis. Methods A total of 41 teeth form successive outpatients, randomly divided into3 groups,were treated with 3 different combinations of root canal irrigants during the root canal preparation： 1.3% Sodium hypochlorite plus MTAD group（A group,fourteen teeth）,5.25% Sodium hypochlorite plus EDTA group（B group,fourteen teeth）and 3% hydrogen peroxide plus 0.9% NS group（C group,thirteen teeth）.Except root canal irrigation,the other treatment are operated by the same dentist.To evaluate the clinical effect of 6 months and 2 years after RCT by subjective feeling of patients,clinical examination and X-ray. Results The clinical effects of 6 months after RCT among 3 groups isn＇t different significantly （P〉0.05）. The clinical effectiveness of 2 years after RCT isn＇t significant difference between A group and B group, however, compared with C group, both A and B group showed significant differences （P〈0.05）.Conclusion 1.3% Sodium hypoehlorite plus MTAD group and 5.25% Sodium hypochlorite plus EDTA group as root canal irrigation solutions has a better clinical effect than 3% hydrogen peroxide plus 0.9% NS group.
