基于心理健康视角的大学生日常思想政治工作探析

摘　　要：日常思想政治工作是提高大学生政治素质和思想品德的重要手段,但在实际工作中,经常会出现参与人员多、却重视程度不高,涉及学生日常学习生活的方方面面、却重点不突出,贯穿教育全过程、却工作方法不得当等问题。在思想政治教育工作中运用心理健康教育理念和方法,能有效促进思想政治教育工作,达到学生心理素质和思想素质的双提升。重点是要从建立心理健康教育与思想政治工作结合机制、在工作中倡导积极的心理激励策略、加强思想政治工作队伍建设等方面开展工作。Regular ideological and political education is an important means to improve university students ＇ political qualities and moral integrity. However,some problems are frequently found in practice. For example,many teachers and educators participate in the job,yet no enough attention is paid to it. Or almost every aspect of students＇ daily study and life the education may be involved,but nothing is considered important enough. Another case is that the education covers the whole process of university,but most educational methods are taken as improper ones. A solution to these problems may exist in mental health education. It ideas and methods will help with ideological and political education for university students to improve their mental qualities and moral qualities as well. For the purpose,the first step is to develop a working mechanism to integrate the two types of education. Positive stimulating strategies and educator training are other two preconditions which should be satisfied.
