食管癌患者生活质量的影响因素分析

摘　　要：本研究选择了100例住院期间的食管癌患者,对其进行生活质量等方面的调查,分析对其生活质量产生影响的多方面的因素。为提高食管癌患者的生活质量,提供理论方面的依据。结果显示这些食管癌患者的总体生活质量中等偏低,得分(44.14±26.50)(满分100分);食管癌患者的文化程度、肿瘤有无转移、不同临床病理分期、医疗费用支付方式、不同的治疗阶段、家庭月收入对生活质量的影响有统计学意义。This study assessed the quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer, analyze the factors that affect the quality of their life. In order to assist clinical staff to better improve the health of patients with esophageal cancer, data form the study hopes to provide the theoretical basis. Results：The overall quality of life of patients with esophageal cancer is moderately low.The score is（44.14±26.50）（out of 100 points）,clinical pathological stage,medical expenses, stages of treatment and family income, have an impact on the quality of life.The difference is of significance in statistics science.
