摘  要:目的探讨病例-情景教学法在高职高专护理实训教学中的应用效果。方法选择该校2014级护理大专生224名,随机将护生分为实验组111名和对照组113名分别采用不同的教学方法,对两组护生的教学效果进行对比分析。结果实验组技能考核测试成绩高于对照组,两组护生考核成绩比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过问卷调查显示,实验组超过90%护生认为病例-情景教学法能激发护理专业课程学习的兴趣,护生沟通能力、分析问题和解决问题的能力等显著提高。对照组护生表示有一定的学习兴趣,普遍认为收获不是很大。结论病例-情景教学法缩短了教学与临床距离,提高了教学效果,有助于培养符合临床实际的高端技能型护理人才。Objective To investigate the application effect of case-scene simulation teaching method in nursing practice teaching in medical college. Methods 224 nursing students from grade 2014 of Shangqiu Medical College were divided into the experimental group(n=111) and the control group(n=113) randomly, and compare the teaching effec between two groups.Results The score of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). Questionnaire survey showed that over 90% nursing students in experimental group considered that the case-scene simulation teaching method can stimulate the interest of nursing professional course study,and the students' communication ability, analysis and problem solving ability were improved significantly. In the control group, nursing students had some interest in learning. Conclusion Case-scene simulation teaching method can shorten the distance between teaching and clinical practice, improve the teaching effect, and help to cultivate the skilled nursing talents with clinical practice.
