摘 要:目的建立正常中国人脑伏隔核的解剖概率图谱。方法通过运用3.0T磁共振技术(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI),对15例正常中国人脑伏隔核进行MRI体积测量,结合NASP软件进行三维重建,最终建立正常中国人脑伏隔核概率图谱。结果解剖概率图谱清楚的显示了脑内伏隔核的空间分布,以数字化、可视化、功能化的方式描述伏隔核空间功能位置。结论伏隔核解剖概率图谱克服了经典图谱的局限性,为临床脑部细微结构的清晰显示提供依据。Objective Establish anatomical probability maps of nucleus accumbens from normal Chinese human brain.Methods By using 3.0T magnetic resonance imaging(Magnetic Resonance Imaging,MRI),15 cases of the nucleus accumbens brain MRI volume were measured,combined with NASP software for three-dimensional reconstruction.And establish anatomical probability maps of nucleus accumbens from normal Chinese human brain.Results Spatial distribution of brain nucleus accumbens was clearly showed by anatomical probability maps,which was a digital,visual,functional way to describe the location of the nucleus accumbens function space.Conclusion Anatomical probability maps of nucleus accumbens overcame the limitations of classical probability maps,which provided the basis for the clear display the fine structure of the clinical brain.
