东北地区普通高校开展五人制雪地足球运动的可行性

摘　　要：为贯彻落实国家体育总局、教育部关于大力发展青少年校园足球工作的指示精神,针对我国东北地区的气候特点,对开展五人制雪地足球运动的可行性加以研究。结果表明:该项运动具有趣味性强、运动量大、增进健康和提升意志品质等特点,可以作为健身方式或竞技项目,在东北地区普通高校加以普及推广。To implement the instructions spirit about developing youth campus football work of General Administration of Sport of China and Ministry of Education, according to the climate characteristics of northeast region in China, study on the feasibility of developing the futsal snow football. The results show that the event has a lot of fun, large amount of exercise, improving health and quality of will and other characteristics, which can be used as a way of fitness or competitive project, to be popularized in the northeastern universities in China.
