摘 要:桥上纵连板采用纵向连续铺设的轨道板和底座板,在温度、列车等荷载共同作用下其梁轨相互作用机理较普通桥上无缝线路更为复杂。本文采用有限元方法建立了线—板—桥—墩一体化计算模型,研究了制动力作用下主要结构参数变化对梁轨相互作用的影响。研究结果表明:轨道板及底座板纵向伸缩刚度折减对轨道各部件受力有影响,且温度跨度越大这种影响越显著;滑动层摩擦系数越大,底座板、轨道板、端刺、剪力齿槽、墩台受力越大,在设计过程中应尽可能保持滑动层的低摩阻力;双线桥上在一线制动、另一线启动的双线加载情况下除剪力齿槽外,轨道及桥梁各部件的受力、位移均远大于单线加载情况。双线加载是较为不利的工况,在设计检算中应采用此加载工况。Longitudinal connected slab on bridge uses longitudinal continuous paved track slab and base,and whose interaction mechanismbetween girder and rail under joint action of temperature and trains load is more complex than that of continuous welded rail on ordinary bridge. The paper established a Line-Slab-Bridge-Pier integrated model through the finite element method to study the impact of major structural parameters change under braking effect.The results showthat longitudinal extension stiffness reduction of the track slab and base has an effect to track stress of all the components. And the the temperature span is greater,the impact is more significant. When the friction coefficient of the sliding layer increases,the force of track slab,base,side spines,shear cogging,the pier is greater. In the design process it should be possible to maintain a lowfrictional resistance of the sliding layer. Taking into account the two-line bridge under the condition of one-line brake,another-line start loading. Except shear gullet,check calculation shows that the force and displacement of rail and bridge components are much larger than the single line loading. And two-line loading is more unfavorable conditions. In the design process,two-line load condition should be used.
