摘　　要：文章通过分析现阶段临床实习带教中医疗纠纷隐患的相关影响因素,阐述医疗纠纷预防在实现医院可持续发展中的重要性,对加强临床实习教学中医疗纠纷预防有效措施展开探讨研究,旨在为相关医院基于现阶段临床实习带教中医疗纠纷隐患的相关影响因素的临床实习带教中医疗纠纷隐患与预防措施研究适用提供一些思路。The related factors of practice teaching of medical disputes in clinical stage risk analysis, describes the prevention of medical disputes in realizing the importance of sustainable development in the hospital, the teaching practice of medical disputes prevention and effective measures to strengthen the clinical research to discuss, to the relevant hospital based on related teaching of medical disputes hidden at the present stage of clinical practice the factors of the clinical practice to provide some ideas for the teaching of medical disputes and preventive measures of risk.
