摘 要:通过采用闭式模锻方法生产剪板机压料缸缸体,成形后的锻件无飞边,材料利用率高,与开式模锻相比,大约节约锻件质量的10-50个百分点。锻件处于强烈的三向压应力状态,消除了在拉应力状态下开裂的危险,力学性能良好。成形后的锻件尺寸精度高,使随后的机加工量减少10-40个百分点。该方法成功解决了传统工艺生产时材料利用率低下、锻件力学性能较差和工序繁琐复杂等问题。Through closed die forging process to produce plate shears cylinder block,the forging without flash after forming has a higher material utilization.Compared with the open die forging,10%-50% quality of the forging is saved.The workpiece deforms under strong hydrostatic stress,eliminating the risk of cracking in tension stress state,and owns good mechanical properties.Due to the high dimensional accuracy of forgings after forging,subsequent machining quantity is reduced by 10%to 40%.The method successfully resolves the traditional production process problems of low material utilization,the poor mechanical properties of forgings,cumbersome and complex process.
