摘　　要：在我国,克氏原螯虾为雌雄异体淡水水生甲壳类外来入侵物种,凭借其入侵生物学特性和水产养殖业的发展得以迅速扩张,广泛分布于长江中下游诸省市的江河湖泊等淡水水体中,甚至成为优势种群已严重威胁到本地淡水底栖水生物种的生物多样性。本研究在对赣江中支南昌市杨子洲江段采集的克氏原螯虾进行形态学测量时发现一例雌雄间性的克氏原螯虾个体,即第一腹肢已特化为生殖肢,但第二腹肢并未特化,仍与雌性的第二腹肢相同。其生殖孔开口于第3对步足的基部,与雌性生殖孔的开口位置相同。本文拟就螯虾下目部分物种雌雄间性体可能的发生机制等进行了初步讨论。Freshwater crayfish P.clarkii is a kind of bisexual aquatic crustaceans and an invasive alien species to China.With the rapid development of aquaculture and the nature of its biological invasiveness,P.clarkii are now widely found in freshwater bodies of several provinces along the mid-and downstream of Changjiang（Yangtze）River.Moreover,it has even become the dominant population that severely jeopardizes local biodiversity.We identified an individual of intersexual crayfish when we were measuring morphological parameters of crayfish collected in the middle branch of Gan River in Jiangxi Nanchang Yang Zizhou continent.The first pleopod of the intersexual crayfish had already developed to gonopod,while the second pleopod was same as female.The gonopore opening was located near the base of the third pereiopod as in female.In this article,we discussed the possible mechanism of development of intersexuality in Astacidea species.
