石油降解菌降解含油污水的微观机制研究

摘  要:利用显微录像方法对所筛选石油降解菌降解油滴的过程进行了观察和分析,阐述了降解过程的微观机制,并初步探讨了降解菌降解过程的动力学特性。结果表明,石油降解菌在邻近油滴处的运动是趋化运动,其趋化性强弱可通过在油滴附近的运动状态和分布予以判断,且趋化性与降解性具有一致性;石油降解菌对油滴的降解过程符合一级反应动力学模型,且当菌液浓度足够高时,水中球形油滴的直径越小,越有利于降解。The degradation process of oil by petroleum degrading bacteria was observed and analyzed by the micro video method,the micro-mechanism of the degradation process was described,and the dynamic characteristics of degrading bacteria were discussed.The experimental results show that the movement of oil degrading bacteria in the adjacent oil droplets is chemotactic,the intensity of which can be judged by the movement state and distribution of petroleum degrading bacteria. It is also indicated that chemotaxis and degradation are consistent.The degradation process of oil degrading bacteria is in accordance with the first order reaction kinetics model,and when the concentration of the bacteria is high enough,the smaller the diameter of the oil droplet in water,the more favorable to the degradation of the oil.
