摘 要:研究旨在探讨赤金蛋白T30替代饲料中不同水平的鱼粉对南美白对虾生长指标、营养成分、消化酶活力和血清免疫指标的影响。赤金蛋白T30分别替代饲料中鱼粉用量的15%(B组)和30%(C组),对照(A组)为商品化南美白对虾饲料。饲养周期60 d。结果表明:喂养20 d,B组的末体重、增重率、特定生长率显著高于A、C组(P<0.05);喂养40 d,B组的末体重和增重率显著高于A、C组(P<0.05);喂养60 d,B组的末体重、增重率、特定生长率最高。虾体的粗蛋白含量C组>B组>A组(P<0.05);粗脂肪含量A组>B组>C组(P<0.05);各组灰分和水分含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。蛋白酶、纤维素酶和脂肪酶活力差异不显著(P>0.05);C、B组淀粉酶活力显著高于A组(P<0.05)。B组AKP活力显著高于A、C组(P<0.05);B组SOD活力显著高于A组(P<0.05);各组ACP和LZM活力差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结果表明:赤金蛋白T30替代饲料中一定用量的鱼粉可以显著促进南美白对虾的生长,改善虾体营养成分,显著提高部分消化酶活力和血清免疫指标,且替代水平15%的生长效果优于替代水平30%。综合考虑其效果与经济性,建议用赤金蛋白T30替代南美白对虾饲料里鱼粉用量的15%。This study was conducted to investigate the effects of different level pure-gold peptide T30 substitution for fish meal in the feed on growth indices, nutritive composition, digestive enzyme, and se-rum immune indices of white shrimp. The consumption of fish meal in the feed were replaced by pure-gold peptide T30, 15%(group B), 30%(group C) respectively, and commercial feed of white shrimp asthe control(group A). The feeding cycle was 60 days. The results showed that: after feeding for 20 days, the final body weight(FBW), the weight gain ratio(WGR), the specific growth ratio(SGR) of groupB were significantly higher than group A and group C(P〈0.05); after feeding for 40 days, the FBW andWGR of group B were significantly higher than group A and group C(P〈0.05); after feeding for 60 days, the FBW, WGR and SGR of group B were the highest among the three groups. The crude pro-tein content of the white shrimp showed significant difference among the three groups(P〈0.05), andgroup C〉B〉A; The crude lipid of group A was higher than group B and group B was higher than C(A〉B〉C) with significant difference(P〈0.05); ash and moisture content showed no significant difference(P〉0.05). The activities of protease, cellulose and lipase showed no significant difference among the groups(P〈0.05); the activity of amylase of group C andB was significantly higher than group A(P〈0.05).The activity of alkaline phosphatase(AKP) ofgroup B was significantly higher than othergroups(P〈0.05); the activity of total superoxidedismutase(SOD) of group B was higher than group C(P〈0.05); the activity of acid phosphatase(ACP) and lysozyme showed no significant differenceamong the three groups(P〉0.05). Result showed that: the replacement of fish meal with pure-gold pep-tide T30 in a certain amount could significantly promote the growth and improve the nutrients of thewhite shrimp, and the activities of part of the digestive enzymes and serum im
