摘  要:专项体能与技能的关系一直以来是我国羽毛球界常具有争议性的问题,羽毛球的专项体能构成包括专项速度、力量、耐力以及灵敏性四个方面,并将力量、速度、耐力和灵敏性四大基本素质的关系归纳为:速度是关键、力量和灵敏性是基础、耐力是保证。There is a controversial issues of badminton in Special physical fitness and skill of relationship in our country,This paper through theoretical analysis,put forward the special physical fitness and skills are equally important point of view; To enrich the data of special physical fitness of the demonstration,The special physical fitness of badminton constitute four aspects,including special speed,strength,stamina,and agility,and summarized as four basic quality of the relationship: speed is the key is the foundation,endurance,strength and sensitivity is the guarantee; At the same time as the theoretical analysis results,through the physical stamina training practice,puts forward the badminton athletes special physical training method and concrete means; The purpose is to provide theoretical and practical reference for the Badminton coaches and teachers in the teaching for the future.
