摘　　要：应用FOUCS-PDCA分析无抽搐电休克治疗前医疗护理的各个环节,查找预约失败原因,通过完善和落实治疗前准备工作,建立术前准备标准及安全核查制度,加强患者安全管理,使无抽搐电休克治疗预约成功率显著提高。The FOUCS - PDCA was used to analyze all links of medical care before treatment of modified electroconvulsive shock therapy { MECT }, and reasons for reservation failure were analyzed. Through improvement and implementation of the pre- paratory work before treatment, preoperative preparation standard and safety verification system were established and the patient safety management was strengthened, which made the reservation success rate of MECT improved significantly.
