摘 要:目的探讨实施科主任绩效考核对提高科主任工作质量和医院绩效的效果。方法引入平衡计分卡和关键绩效考核理念建立指标,采用4个考核周期的相关数据。以第一个考核周期数据作为基础值进行纵向比较。结果科主任绩效考核数据均高于基础值,呈持续增长趋势。结论通过绩效考核能够客观评价科主任工作质量和医疗水平,带动科室整体发展,促进医院绩效的进一步提升。Objective To explore the effect of director performance appraisal on improvement of work quality and hospital performance. Method The balanced score card and key performance evaluation was used to establish appraisal indicators with data of four evaluation periods. The data of the first evaluation period was used as baseline for longitudinal comparison. Result The performance appraisal data of directors were higher than the baseline and continuously increased. Conclusion Through per- formance appraisal, the work quality and medical level of directors can be properly evaluated, which can bring overall develop- ment of departments and enhance further improvement of hospital performance.
